Guaranteeing the honesty and public transparency of members
We are pleased to announce that MayDay will soon activate its Phoenix Retrodata Bank service, through which all member NGOs will be able to publish, through Excel files, the detail of all their monthly expenses, including whether their managers receive fees, what is the monthly amount or if they provide services ad honorem.
Any NGO committed to honesty and transparency must publish its full monthly expense report online. From Mayday we will provide the links to said pages and reports.
Any NGO that receives donations from third parties in order to fulfill its mission and objectives, has the moral and statutory obligation to make annual, periodic and monthly reports of expenses online, so that they are accessible to all interested parties.
*Note: Out of the first 1,000 NGOs checked by MayDay, we only Gates Foundation, Amnesty International, Red Cross, Caritas, Save the Children, Oxfam International, World Food Programme, WWF and found Ecosia.Org publishing its financial report online, but without all detailing and not updated month by month.
Phoenix Retrodata Bank: Professional and Personal Qualification Publishing Service
Optimized Description:
Phoenix Retrodata Bank introduces a revolutionary online service designed to enhance workforce transparency and recognition. For just $1 per month, companies can subscribe to our platform, where the professional and personal qualifications of all employees will be published for public access.
This service not only highlights the achievements of efficient workers by publicly showcasing their merits but also holds underperformers accountable by making their demerits visible. Each employee's profile will include their photo, personal details, and a comprehensive service record, allowing internet search engines to index this information.
Through Phoenix Retrodata Bank, companies can easily identify and verify the history of potential employees, ensuring informed hiring decisions. This system fosters a culture of accountability and excellence, motivating workers to maintain high standards while providing employers with a reliable tool for evaluating and recognizing talent.
